Guidelines: CLAIM assists with family law cases only, including child custody, divorce, short-term guardianship, court-ordered guardianship and discharge of guardianship, parent-child visits, foster care, termination of parental rights, and adoption. We do not represent clients in criminal matters. The case must be in Illinois. We represent parents who are incarcerated or formerly incarcerated, and the caregivers of children whose parents are incarcerated.
